The Technical Inspection of Construction Works at the Ministry of Housing issued a report regarding the collapse of the property located at 13 Morsi Badr Street in Attarin in the Wasat neighborhood of Alexandria, with reference to what was published in the official newspapers and what was circulated on the various media about the collapse of the property and its consequences.
Dr. Raafat Abdulaziz Shmeis, head of the technical inspection body for construction works, explained that it was mentioned in the report that by examining the site of the collapse site, it was found that the property bears No. 13 Morsi Badr Street in the Attarin area and has an interface on Tariq Ibn Ziyad Street, an interface on Sidi Abdel Razek Street, and an interface on Al-Attarin Street Caliph Yahya, and the property consists of a ground floor and 5 upper floors, and it was not clear whether there was a basement or not, but there are windows at a low level overlooking Tariq Bin Ziyad Street and Caliph Yahya Street, and a partial collapse occurred from the facade overlooking Morsi Badr Street, and you notice the fall of the concrete cover Some of the protrusions and the appearance of rebar and it has rust and the fall of parts of the protrusions on the facades of the property.
