Egypt's asset management has 9 thousand keys in various regions

Mohamed Galal, Executive Director of Egypt Real Estate Assets Management Company, said that the company has 9,000 keys, which vary from apartment apartments, hotels, clinics and commercial stores, and is located in a number of governorates, including Cairo Governorate, Alexandria Governorate and Sohag Governorate.

He explained in his speech at the conference "The Future of Urban Development in Egypt", that the company is currently focusing on benefits from the law of the occupants' union, and the company owns 178 buildings in the central region of the country, and the company succeeded by acquiring new areas and has a history and introducing new global brands in these new areas.

Engineer Khaled Abbas, Deputy Minister of Housing for National Projects, added that the facade of the shops is being unified, and there will be development of all the banks and the addition of new activities in the central area of the country, as the entire area is being restructured, and there will be a change in the area of the opera garage, stressing that the state restalls the historical Cairo its beauty.
