Mai Abdel Hamid, Executive Chairman of the Social Housing Fund and Real Estate Finance Support, announced the extension of the period of registration and reservation on the website of the Social Housing Fund and Real Estate Finance Support, for the housing units proposed by the fund, as part of the initiative of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, "Housing for all Egyptians 2" for low and middle income, until next Monday, October 4, to enable citizens who have purchased the terms of reference and paid the foreclosure advances, and did not register and reserve to raise their documents on the site, stressing that The detention period, it came in an eagerness of the fund to provide an opportunity for the largest number of citizens wishing to obtain a fully finished housing unit within the new Central Bank of Egypt's mortgage financing initiative at a rate of return of 3% for 30 years, which started to be applied since July 13, 2021.

According to Mai Abdel Hamid, the number of citizens paying for serious booking of residential units ready for immediate delivery (two rooms and one lounge - three rooms and one lounge) to low - and middle-income residents was approximately 46,000, while the number of booking registered on the Fund's website was approximately 43,000.

And Mai Abdel Hamid added, that with regard to the housing units under construction (three rooms and a hall), which will be delivered within 36 months to citizens of middle income only.
