MARGINS, a real estate development and project management group, is preparing to start implementing its latest project in the new capital, early next year 2022, in partnership with the global giant Minor Hotels, which will implement its first project in Egypt and New Capital in partnership with Margins.

The project to open during 2025 "Oaks Egypt New Capital Apartments & Suites", which has an investment cost of more than 1 billion pounds and is located in the heart of the new administrative capital, explaining that the first project is a Minor Hotels in Egypt, said Ashraf Shahin, head of and Managing Director of Margins Real Estate Development.

The project consists of 15 floors other than garage and roof houses, and on the ground floor, a mall, a restaurant and a cafe will be set up. The second floor is dedicated to hotel services such as the Resion, lobby, gym, spa, meeting rooms, and private restaurants for guests and owners, and the Rove has a pool, restaurant, cafe, and recreational area.
Ramine Behnam, Minor Hotels executive vice president for the Europe, Middle East and Africa development sector, praised its partnership with Marjens and the start of its business in the Egyptian market explaining that the company currently has a portfolio of 527 hotels and resorts in 55 countries around the world for a total of over 80,000 rooms from Asia to the Middle East, Europe, South America, Africa and other countries.
