The group of companies ERG-EAMAR RIZK GROUP- announced the launch of its business in the local market with an ambitious investment plan for the real estate market, specifically in the New Capital, to include 4 subsidiary companies of various activities, provided that the new entity includes the ERD real estate development company, and the construction of Rizk real estate, and the construction of Rizk Shipping, and timber import and export construction.

The new entity includes companies with various activities, most notably real estate investment, where two ERD development companies were merged with Ear Rizk under the name of ERG, which will be responsible for developing their real estate projects, stressing that the company plans a more robust launch in the market during the coming period that supports its seriousness and credibility towards its customers, in addition to implementing projects that fit the country's ambitious vision towards comprehensive urban development, said Mohamed Rizk, the chairman of the ERG group.

The real estate development company ERG- a subsidiary of the ERG Group - had launched two projects in the New Capital early this year, Diamond 1 and Diamond 2, with outstanding sales in record time.

He pointed out that the ERG investment plan includes 9 plots of land in the New Capital with a total investment of about 14 billion pounds, of which two projects were launched and the third is being launched, with the remaining projects being launched gradually in accordance with the market needs and the company's investment plan.

He pointed out that Emaar Rizk Real Estate Company began its work in the Delta region, specifically in Mansura city, since 2005, and since its inception has carried out 12 separate towers in Mansura and the Delta, in addition to 2 compoundations of housing "City Life 1" for a total of 230 housing units, part of which have been implemented and part handed over, and" City Life 2" which includes 40 villas being housed. The two projects were implemented in cooperation with the Construction and Housing Bank, which reflects the confidence and credibility that the company enjoys.
