The Minister of Housing reviews proposals to operate and manage the "Capital Park" central park project in the new capital

Inviting major Egyptian and international entities to demonstrate investment opportunities in the project
Dr. Assem El-Jazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, held a meeting to review the proposals for the operation and management of the Central Park project "Capital Park" in the new administrative capital, the investment opportunities available in the project, and the smart facilities and facilities that are being implemented for the first time in Egypt as part of the project, in the presence of Ministry officials and the project advisory office.
The Minister of Housing stressed that the Central Park Project "Capital Park" must be managed and operated at the highest level to manage similar projects worldwide, in accordance with the level and nature of the project, which is being implemented for the first time in Egypt, and to preserve the huge investments that are being spent on this important national project.
It was agreed to invite major Egyptian and international entities to present the investment opportunities available in the project and to submit proposals to manage and operate the project in accordance with the latest international systems.
The Minister also followed during the meeting the executive position of the Central Parks Project "Capital Park", which is being implemented in the new administrative capital, which is the largest central park in the Middle East, and the second largest park in the world, with a length of more than 10 km, and an area of about one thousand acres, It will provide recreational areas with international standards, and easy to access through an integrated network of footpaths and bicycles, and all Egyptians from various segments of society will enjoy it.
The Housing Minister indicated that the project includes green areas, lakes, playgrounds, bicycle paths, restaurant complexes, recreational areas and space for future investment projects, with the following components (Lake of Reading and Science, educational park for children, festive square, lake of arts, heritage park, country club, sports club, central square, restaurant complex, open cinema, interactive park, art business park, boat lake, luxury oasis and an Islamic park).
