Acadia Development is contracting NAMAA PFM to manage its projects in the New Capital
Acadia Real Estate Development signed a cooperation agreement with NAMAA PFM on project management and operation to manage and operate its projects in the Downtown and Central Business districts of the New Capital.
The contract was signed by Hanna Raouf, CEO of Acadia Real Estate Development Company, and Mostafa Sobhi, CEO of NAMAA PFM for Project Management and Operation.
Hanna Raouf, CEO of Acadia Real Estate Development Company, said that maintaining the investment value of any project requires distinctive management and maintenance to maintain the company and customers' investments in this project, stressing that NAMAA PFM, which is specialized in managing and operating projects, will achieve these goals.
He pointed out that his company has a fully detailed study of all the quality, sustainability and investment value needs of its projects, ensuring that recurring and ever-increasing returns are achieved for the benefit of the client, which drives it to select success partners in all disciplines to maintain the value of its projects.
He explained that the cooperation comes to manage the "Pagoda Business Complex" project and the company's second project in the Central Business District.
He said that the Pagoda Business Complex project is a medical administrative business mall located on an area of 2,144 metres and 10 floors in the Downtown area of the new administrative capital, with a direct view of the gold market and the monorail, only three minutes from the Green River, in front of the People's Square and next to the Finance and Business district.
He added that the second project is a management business project located on an area of 3,000 m2, and includes units in various areas. The company plans to be a milestone in the central business area and includes a number of brands that achieve integration and diversity within the project.
Mostafa Sobhi, Executive Director of NAMAA PFM for Project Management and Operation, pointed out that his company is one of the major companies specializing in managing and operating administrative units and commercial buildings for more than 12 years, during which it has managed more than 22 projects using state-of-the art technology and security to manage large projects to ensure the success of the project.
