ATRIC Development introduces the second phase of the Boho in Ain El Sukhna project

ATRIC Real Estate Development Company announced the launch of the second phase of the "Boho" project in Ain El Sokhna, under the name "Riveri", which is separate villas and Townhouse, and the first phase of the project is scheduled to be handed over by the end of 2022.

Mohamed Khattab, head of the commercial sector of the company, said that the "Boho" project is the third project of the company and is located on an area of 20 acres, with a total investment of about 1.5 billion pounds, and includes 300 various units, and the implementation rate of the project exceeds 62%. The hotel, explaining that it was agreed in principle with one of the major English companies to manage and operate the hotel and will be announced soon.

He added that the company aims to launch two new projects during the next year 2022, the first in the northern coast where we negotiate with new development communities on an area of 200 acres in the Ras Al-Hakma area, and the second project in New Cairo on an area of 70 acres. Land contracts will be signed soon, after which contracting with one of the consulting offices to develop a different and distinguished design from existing projects, and its investments will be in the range of 6-7 billion pounds.

The Spaces vary in Boho Resort, where an area starts from 63 square meters to 310 square meters, and the current stage that has been put forward is for villas on the beach directly with special offers and discounts on the occasion of the launch of the second stage, Said Menia Gharib, the company's head of sales, explained.

She explained that ATRIC is currently implementing two integrated projects, the first project "Board Walk" in the New Capital on an area of 45 acres in the R7 region with a total investment of 4 billion pounds and includes 1500 units. The construction rate of the project exceeded 53% and about 75% was sold. The last phase will be opened before the end of this year in addition to the commercial project attached to the project, which was implemented with a new and different thought, which is a separate project from the Board Walk project on a building area of 30 thousand meters and will be launched during the first quarter of 2022.
