El Mostakbal For Urban Development announces the launch of an integrated service project in the first phase of Al-Mostakbal City

El Mostakbal For Urban Development, owner and general developer of Al-Mostakbal City Project in New Cairo, announced the conclusion of a new contract with Rubwa Real Estate Development Company and Rubwa Development and Project Management Company to develop and develop an integrated service project in Al-Mostakbal City.

Essam Nassef, chairman and managing member of El Mostakbal For Urban Development, said that the contract was one of the most important and part of the company's strategy to develop service projects in the city to provide for all the needs of unit owners in the initial phase of the Al-Mostakbal City.

Nassef praised the efforts made by Al-Rabwah Company, as it succeeded in starting the international school complex in the first phase of the city, and students were already received in Al-Mostakbal City this academic year 2021/2022, as well as the company organizing the graduation ceremony for students of Global Paradim Schools - the fifth assembly in June at the headquarters of the Global Paradim Schools Complex in the Al-Mostakbal City.

Jafar Hussein, chairman of the board of the Real Estate Development Company, announced that the project is an integrated service project, as it will include activities (commercial/management/hotel/entertainment/mosque) with a total area of approximately 47 acres within the regional service area of the Phase One in the Al-Mostakbal City.

The project, a 300-room hotel and 600 apartments with global management, would soon be announced upon the signing of the above-mentioned contracts; it would also include a state-of-the-art administrative and medical complex, a commercial mall comprising international brands and restaurants, which was being signed with a specialized company for their management.

In addition to the first project, which includes 4 international schools, the first two schools were started this academic year and the rest of the project is being worked on respectively on an area of 5.17 acres, bringing the total service area to be developed around 65 acres through the Rabwah group with a total investment of more than 10 billion pounds.

It is worth noting that the Al-Mostakbal City project is located in New Cairo, with an estimated area of approximately 11,000 acres and includes all specialities (residential, educational, medical, commercial, administrative, recreational, hotel, banks and fuel stations) Al-Mostakbal has been contracted with major real estate developers. In the first phase, Al-Mostakbal Real Estate Development Company was contracted with Al-Ahly Estate Development Company (Green Square - L 'Avenir - ARIA).
