Head of Memaar Al Ashraf Architecture: The New Capital includes the largest amusement park in the world

Eng. Ahmed Massoud: The central parks represent 3 times London's Hyde Park

Eng. Ahmed Massoud, head of Memaar Al-Ashraf Real Estate Development Company, confirmed that the New Capital includes the largest amusement park in the world, pointing out that the central parks in the administrative capital represent 3 times the famous Hyde Park in London.
Engineer Ahmed Massoud added that the new administrative capital is a real birth of the new republic, pointing out that it has eliminated the phenomenon of construction overcoming green Spaces, adding "In the past and for many years in Egypt, concrete is brutish at the expense of green Spaces and unfortunately much of this construction was unplanned."
He added that in its planning for the Central Gardens and Green River project, the state included two industrial lakes, each of which was located on an area of 25 acres. The government decided that the water used to fill these lakes should be treated water from the New Capital, taking care of every drop of water from the Nile.
He stressed that the New Capital will be the first green city in Egypt and contain different urban models, and for the first time the per capita green areas will reach 15 square meters, and there is no doubt that the establishment of the longest green axis in the world, and the allocation of per capita green and open areas to 15 square meters, confirms that the administrative capital is a global city on Egyptian land, and the per capita share of green and open areas is higher than international standards for quality of life, with 15 square meters per person.
The New Capital, which depended for 60 per cent of its energy on renewable sources, treated 100 per cent of wastewater and irrigated 100 per cent of its parks and crops.
In parallel with the construction of the city, 4 million acres will be reclaimed, contributing to reducing carbon emissions and closing the food gap, said the head of Maamar Ashraf.
