Dr. Mahmoud Adl: The company's sales to Egyptians abroad and foreigners reached 40%

MBG Real Estate Investment Company achieved sales of 750 million pounds in its projects inside the new administrative capital in the third quarter of this year.

The sales rate in the Boca project in the administrative capital reached 90%, while the company achieved sales in the White Tower 14 project, the company's latest project in the Downtown area of the administrative capital, for 50% sales within a little time after the project began marketing, said Dr. Mahmoud Al-Adl, head of MBG Real Estate Investment.

Dr. Mahmoud Adl pointed out that the company's sales rate to Egyptians abroad and foreigners exceeded 40%, which explains the company's ability and strength to reach foreigners and Egyptians abroad, given the company's belief in exporting the Egyptian property, which is currently an important element to attract foreign investment to Egypt and foreign currency to the country.

The head of MBG said that during the past period, a number of foreign investors and businessmen met, as well as that he organized more than one lecture in a number of foreign and Arab countries in which he explained the importance of investment in Egypt and the great return through this investment, due to the national projects witnessed in the new republic Today.

He said that MBG is keen to participate in various real estate exhibitions, both inside and outside Egypt, as it represents the only way to provide a direct meeting between the customer and the company, and it also contributes greatly to the marketing of real estate products to the various companies.

He asserted that the export of real estate has become one of the largest trading countries in the world, with an annual turnover of $2 trillion, and according to official statistics, England is at the forefront of investing in other countries' real estate, because English citizens want to buy real estate in other countries.

He stressed the need to think outside the Fund to export the Egyptian property by signing agreements with international companies to market the Egyptian property or taking advantage of the fans of major clubs and others to market the Egyptian property.

He pointed out that the success of exporting Egyptian property abroad requires a clear understanding of the advantages of exporting it, most notably the introduction of a foreign currency to Egypt and the international tourism marketing of Egypt.

He said that the presence of a large number of Egyptian communities abroad is a major and powerful factor for the success of Egypt's export experience abroad. The total number of Egyptians living abroad exceeds 11 million, 470,000 and 674 Egyptians. The Arab region has the largest percentage with 65% of the total number of Egyptians living abroad with 6.2 million Egyptians, of whom about 1.2 million reside in European countries, equivalent to 13.2% of the total number of Egyptians living abroad, In the Americas there are 1.6 million Egyptians (16.7%), followed by Asian countries and Australia (3.7%), and the African region (0.5%). 1.2 million Egyptians reside in European countries, equivalent to 13% of the total number of Egyptians abroad, of whom 560,000 Egyptians reside in Italy, equivalent to 44.8%.
