Mercon Development launches its third project beginning next year.. And 70% of Pavo Tower sales
The sales of the "Pavo Tower" project exceeded 70% since its introduction until now, indicating that Pavo is the second project of the company in the Egyptian market after the G7 Mall project, which is located in the heart of the fifth assembly area on a natural area estimated at about 22,000 square meters on a front front 250 meters Next to the headquarters of the new Cairo device overlooking the new ninety street, pointing to the company obtaining licenses for the mall and completing drilling works to start construction for the mall, said Mohamed Amer, head of business at Mercon Development.
Amer pointed out that there is a great demand for customers to purchase administrative and commercial units as one of the most profitable investment opportunities now, for the distinctive areas, whether in the new administrative capital, specifically the CBD area where the Pavo project is located, or the fifth cluster, with the best investment areas where the G7 project is located, which confirms that choosing the location of the project and studying the area in which it is located and paying attention to the distinctive services of the project is one of the most important factors to attract customers.
Amer added that the company is now studying investment opportunities in the new administrative capital within a number of options for the company, in preparation for launching its third project early next year after the completion of the detailed study of the project according to the strategic expansion plan drawn up by the company, which is based on offering three various real estate projects with investments exceeding 5 billion pounds.
It is worth noting that the "Pavo Tower" project is located in the central business district of the new administrative capital (CBD), and the company launched it in the second half of this year, which features unique designs and services and a very unique site with panoramic ruins on the iconic tower, the tallest tower in Africa, minutes away from the regional circle and next to the highest districts of the New Capital.
The project consists of an administrative and commercial area only on an area of 4,000 square meters, with a height of 14 commercial (commercial - administrative) floors, from the first to the second commercial floors and from the third to the thirteenth administrative floors, with areas starting from 25 meters for commercial units and 30 meters for administrative units, in addition to some services such as the Social Long rooms and conference rooms, central air conditioning, recreation hall, fitness centres, and special areas for people with special needs and rootop.
