New Plan Development launches special units in 5 projects during its participation in the Egypt International Real Estate

New Plan Real Estate Development Company announced its participation in the activities of the Egypt International Real Estate, which kicks off its activities from 5 to 7 November this year, as the company will launch distinctive units in 5 various projects.

Real estate exhibitions that continue throughout the year come in response to the real and continuous demand in the real estate market, and real estate exhibitions, with special offers from companies, contribute to stimulating this demand, said Engineer Walid Khalil, chairman of the New Plan Real Estate Development Corporation.

The company offers special modules at the ATIKA, ELEVEN, Tonino Lamborghini Residence, SERRANO and ECLAT events and premium payment systems, stating that the exhibition will be a valuable opportunity for customers seeking premium units with unrepeated offers at prices that may increase by the beginning of the New Year.

He noted that the 36-acre ATIKA project, which includes 1500 units, is being implemented in 4 phases, the construction rate of the project has reached 35%, and is expected to be completed in 2023. The second phase of the project has been launched in collaboration with Lamborghini International, as part of the company's efforts to cooperate with international brands.

The ELEVEN project is a 7-thousand-square-metre business venture, comprising a commercial mall on the first two floors and seven duplicate floors designated as fully finished administrative offices, which begin delivering units to customers within 3 years at most; the project reaches 70% implementation.

The company also implements the "Serrano" project in the seventh residential district R7 in the new administrative capital, and it is established on an area of approximately 15 acres and includes about 600 units, in addition to a commercial part of the project, 70% of the project has been implemented, and the first phase of the project will start handing over the first phase of the project at the end of next December and the second phase in June 2022.

He pointed out that the ECLAT project is being implemented in a partnership system with the Port Said Governorate, which is a housing project located on an area of 40 thousand meters and includes 350 housing units. The Governor of Port Said opened the first phase of it recently, and it was handed over, explaining that the second phase of the project is being implemented with a 50% development rate. It is planned to complete the development work of the entire project in May 2022.

He confirmed that with President directing the government to start the actual transition of the government district in the New Capital starting next December for the start of work for a trial period of 6 months, it is planned to move life further to the administrative capital and increase the volume of demand from investors and customers to be within this giant national project.
