Royal One Development is accelerating implementation with Capital Prime Business Park as the government moves into the New Capital

Royal One Real Estate Development Company confirmed its plan to accelerate the implementation rates of the "Capital Prime Business Park" project in the new administrative capital, in order to keep pace with the state's plan to start the actual relocation of the government district of the new administrative capital scheduled for next December.

Saher Magdy, head of the commercial sector of Royal One Real Estate Development Company, said that the actual move of the government to the administrative capital means the transfer of more activity and life to the New Capital, which supports the purchasing decision for many customers during the coming period in various projects in the administrative capital.

He added that the Royal One Real Estate Development Company reached 40% construction on the Capital Prime Business Park project, which is proportional to President Sisi's directive not to market any project before 30% of it is implemented.

The movement of government employees is carried out in accordance with a clear and specific vision of the State and encourages all companies operating in the administrative capital to accelerate the implementation rate of their projects in order to keep pace with the new life that begins in the administrative capital.

He explained that the "Capital Prime Business Park" project is a residential, administrative and hotel medical business project, and includes a total administrative part of 61 units with areas starting from 43 meters per unit, and the project is delivered within 3 years. Raif Fahmy's office takes on the role of engineering consultant for the project, noting that the project includes 45 units in the commercial part with areas starting from 38 meters per unit and the project also includes a medical part with a total of 21 units with areas starting from 22 meters per unit.
