UDG participates in the Egypt International Real Estate Exhibition with distinguished offers on the units of its first project in the New Capital

UDG Urban Development Company participates in the Egypt International Real Estate Exhibition held from 5 to 7 at the Al-Masir Hotel in the new administrative capital, with special and exclusive offers for its customers on all units of its first project in the New Capital E Tower in the central business district.

Tarek Al-Jadawi, managing director of the commercial sector of the company, said that the E Tower, located on a total building area of 14,000 meters, is one of the most distinctive sites in the CBD business district in the New Capital, with distinctive direct views on the Iconic Tower.

It pointed out that their participation in the exhibition is considered the first of its kind after the company was launched in the Egyptian market a few days ago, and the company's pavilion at the exhibition witnessed a turnout of customers who wanted to seize a real investment opportunity and benefit from the special offers that the company offers now on the occasion of the start of booking the project.

Al-Jadawi pointed out that the project has been provided with a number of services that help to provide an ideal working environment in terms of having a reception area that serves the full floor, a cafeteria and a major meeting hall equipped with computers in addition to providing a rest for workers and will be delivered within 4 years.

He confirmed that the company plans to launch its second project in the first half of 2022, which will be in the New Capital as well, and that there are several investment opportunities under study in a number of new cities as part of the company's expansion plan in 2022.
