AFG contracts with Facil, the global management and operation company, for the SkyBridge Hotel

Salah al-Hilali, the first full-fledged hotel in the New Capital

(AFG), one of the most important leading companies in the real estate market, signed an alliance with (Facil) International Company to manage and operate its latest projects (SkyBridge Hotel) and the first integrated hotel (a five-star integrated tower) with a sales target exceeding 300 million pounds.

Salah Al-Din Al-Hilali, Chairman of the Board of Directors, explained that the AFG company has the precedent of establishing the first integrated hotel with a building and a separate entrance in the Downton Town area of the new New Capital, on an area of 4,270 square meters, with a number of roles for 12 floors, by 113 rooms.

Hilali revealed that Facil had contracted to manage and operate International Hotels, the largest hotel in the world (Movenpick Radisson, Hilton, and others) to manage and operate the hotel. This alliance is part of the company's vision and strategy of diversifying its investment portfolio and selecting the largest international companies to provide its project services, whether operational, engineering or executive, in order to enhance and maximize the investment and environmental value of the project.

Al-Hilali said that the company worked to provide flexible installment systems for up to 12 years, and the lowest loading rate in the administrative capital reached 28%, and the lowest price per meter starts from 27 thousand pounds.
