Capital Integrated Housing (CIH) Real Estate Development and Marketing aims to achieve contract sales to others of about 1 billion pounds, as part of the company's plan for the current year 2022.

Hossam Ramadan, Head of the Board of Directors, explained that the company aims to attract many real estate experiences in various leadership positions, as well as seeks to introduce new investors in the Egyptian real estate market, whether from inside Egypt or from outside, and that some offers have been made to investors inside Egypt and Egyptians abroad and non-Egyptians. More than one feasibility study has been done for various projects, and that some of these offers have received initial approval from investors, and we hope that during the year 2022 we will have more than one project presented in the real estate market.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors added that the company's vision has changed in 2018, the new administrative capital has started to work, and the state's focus on projects for the fourth generation cities. Prior to 2018, the company's focus was on the insecure companies in the northern coast, Ras Sidr, and Ain Sukhina, and their restructuring and solving their marketing and environmental problems to achieve the sales and construction goal of these projects.

The company achieved the sales target for various development companies in 2018 and 2019. With the beginning of 2020 and the Corona virus crisis, there was a significant decrease in the sales movement and started to return in 2021. In this year, the company achieved the sales target this year.

Merit Soryal, General Manager and Deputy Managing Director, added that the company is partnering with the developer, step by step, from the moment he took the decision to establish the project, starting from the study of the project.
