Engineer Hussein Daoud: The great customer confidence in the company is behind the high sales rate

Style Home Real Estate Development achieved a sales rate over the past year that exceeded 125% of the target sales plan for 2021.

For his part, Eng. Hussain Daoud, head of Style Home Real Estate Development, revealed the executive position for the company's projects, and the handover plan for some projects, pointing out that as for the implementation position of the icon residence 2 project in New Cairo, the implementation rate exceeded 95%.

Eng. Hussein Dawood said that the handover of the entire icon residence Project units in New Cairo is scheduled to be completed next March.

He added that the proportion of construction in the icon residence 2 project in New Cairo exceeded 45%, within only 8 months of the start of construction which started last March, pointing out that the project's delivery plan is only 3 years.

Regarding the sales plan, he confirmed that the company was able to achieve a 125% sales rate, due to the high customer confidence in the company and its projects both inside and outside Cairo.

He said that Style Home's projects were based on a different architectural style from the traditional projects, which helped the company expand into various Egyptian governorates due to project advantages and high customer turnout rates.

He stressed that the company's projects are located in the most demanding and distinguished places, and they are based on the highest standards of quality, and the company owns several projects in the city of Tanta in the Gharbia Governorate, and it owns more than 5 projects in different stages, pointing out that the land portfolio owned by the company in Outside Cairo is diverse Among housing, administrative and commercial projects.
