The General Assembly of Speed Medical "SPMD" adopted the election of a new board of directors consisting of 9 members instead of 7 after it agreed to amend the company's statutes

Yesterday, the company approved the election of Dr Ahmed Sameh Hosni Farid, former Minister of Health, as Chairman of the Board, replacing the engineer Mahmoud Lachin, who did not run again after six years in the position

According to the company's announcement to the Egyptian Stock Exchange, the association approved the resignation of the previous board of directors, and approved the election of businessman Abdullah Helmy Abu Aita, head of the Green Eggit group of companies. Youssef Haider also elected two members of the board. Legal advisor Ahmed Saad Eddine Abu Handia was also a member of the board. He holds members of the boards of directors of several companies, including Sweden, Arafa, Sharqiya Petrochemicals, Housing and Construction Bank, and Al-Ahli Development and Investment Bank

The Company General kept engineer Hazem Farouk Al-Farr, Vice President and Delegate Member of the Company, to retain his position for the second session, and Dr. Ismail Ahmed Ismail Gadallah, was re-elected as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, also to retain his position
