A global praise for new cities in Egypt and infrastructure projects at the Mipim Real Estate Exhibition in France
The government adopts private sector presence at every step and there is cooperation between the government and investors to encourage them to invest
On the sidelines of the "Mipim" exhibition currently held in Cannes, France, a symposium was held in the Egyptian pavilion on real estate projects in Egypt, attended by Engineer Khaled Abbas, Deputy Minister of Housing for National Projects, officials of the Urban Development Institute in Europe, the Real Estate Investment Fund of England, and J.L.L Real Estate Consultants
During the conference, engineer Khaled Abbas presented the efforts of the Egyptian State in the urban development sector and the cities of the fourth generation currently being created. He pointed to the State's concern for sustainable development and work to achieve quality of life for future generations, stressing that the current projects contribute to creating millions of jobs for our youth
For their part, the attendees praised the current development in the urban development sector in Egypt, the construction of new cities, and infrastructure, noting that the world is watching what is happening in Egypt, and what is happening is a great step, especially what Egypt is offering in building new cities, while maintaining the infrastructure of a country that is supposed to be developing, but all that is happening in Egypt is shiny and clear now
What was happening in Egypt was a success, especially in infrastructure, quality of life and new city projects that took into account environmental standards and climate change
Investment fund officials and real estate consulting firms praised the Egyptian Pavilion at Mipim, stressing that what this sector is doing now is evidence of insistence on serious steps in global investment and development of the real estate sector, stressing that there will be investments on multiple levels in the future, which will benefit future generations
They stressed that Egypt's construction of a new administrative capital is the biggest evidence of Egypt's adoption of regulatory steps for the real estate market, as the government adopts the presence of the private sector next to it in every step
Egypt's organization of the COP 27 conference is a great opportunity to see what Egypt is doing in urban development, improving the quality of life and the investment climate
