Baron Real Estate Development Company, one of the largest leading companies in the real estate market, announced the launch of its latest sky complex projects in Nasr City, With expected sales of up to 650 million pounds

Eng. Mina Hazem Zarif, chairman of the company, explained that Sky complex is a multi-activity project in the most distinctive area of Nasr City, consisting of land and 5150 meters. The company includes 200 units, The company aims to achieve 300 million pounds as a first stage of the targeted sales volume

The Chairman of the Board of Directors said that in conjunction with the launch of the sky complex project, Baron launched the second phase of its Vigor project in the Downtown area of the new administrative capital

It is a commercial, management and medical project with a total investment of 650 million pounds over an area of 380 meters. It consists of land and 10 roles. It includes 280 units. The company aims to achieve 30% of the project sales at this stage

Mina Zarif revealed the launch of the company's third project in New Cairo, which is a residential project on an area of acres and 150 square meters, comprising 130 studios, with investments of 50 million pounds

The company's expansion plan was designed to keep pace with the requirements and needs of the market and to ensure that it was met through a vision of housing projects tailored to the needs of customers

He added that the company plans to implement a residential project in the new administrative capital and aims to sacrifice 600 million pounds as investments during the current year 2022

Baron Company is one of the largest developed companies in Nasr City, and has implemented 150 housing projects, housing more than 3000 families

He said that this year, a large number of clients went to the fifth grouping regarding housing and withdrew their share of the new administrative capital. In terms of commercial, administrative and medical projects, the demand for the new administrative capital is still the highest compared to any other region
