Today, Tatweer Misr boasts developing four mixed-use developments in several strategic locations; Galala city in Ain Sokhna,  Ras Al Hekma city in the North, Al Dabaa city in the North Coast and Mostakbal City in New Cairo near the New Administrative Capital


IL Monte Galala in Sokhna


IL Monte Galala was launched in 2015. The project is located on the Galala Mountains in Ain Sokhna, close to the New Administrative Capital, Suez Canal Axis and Galala City, which has become the point of development in eastern Egypt. Taking luxury living in Egypt to new heights, the entire project was carved in the Galala Mountains with designs inspired by the city of Porto Fino in Italy. The project is spread across 525 Acres (2.5 million square meters) with investments around 18 billion pounds, excluding hotel investments. The projects comprise of 10,000 units and nine hotels designed with contemporary concepts that will include hotel rooms and serviced apartments. Il Monte Galala is also home to the world’s first mountain top crystal lagoon along with the first of its kind base camp - in partnership with the renowned entrepreneur Omar Samra - for all the adventurous individuals, which has witnessed opening during the past year. Tatweer Misr is also studying the introduction of administrative and educational components in the project’s future phases


Fouka Bay in Ras El Hikma – North Coast 



Setting a new standard of expectation in architectural design and lifestyle options, Fouka Bay was launched in 2015, located in Ras El Hikma, North Coast, on an area of 220 acres (one million square meters), with an initial investment of 4 billion Egyptian pounds, besides hotels investments. Fouka Bay has its own unique master plan that ensures that each home is a waterfront home either through its 800 M long shoreline or its crystal lagoon. The project consists of 2,500 units, with 4 hotels designed with contemporary concepts that will include hotel rooms and serviced apartments. Fouka Bay is also home to an array of non-residential facilities such as restaurants, water activities, and other distinct services and facilities. Phase 1 of the project was delivered  & operated in 2019 and phase two is currently being delivered


D-Bay in Dabaa – North Coast 



Capitalizing on its success in Fouka Bay, Tatweer Misr launched D-Bay in early 2021 , in Dabaa in the North Coast. D-Bay spans over an area of 200 acres (845,000 sqm) with initial investments exceeding EGP 7 billion. The project is to consist of over 1800 units ranging from chalets, villas and serviced apartments all overlooking a waterfront either through its 800m shoreline or its lagoon. The project would also feature a wide-array of amenities & facilities such as clubhouses, beach hubs & a lagoon to guarantee that its residents would experience world-class quality overlooking the crystal blue Mediterranean


Bloomfields in Mostakbal City



Bloomfields was launched in 2018 in Mostakbal City in New Cairo. Mostakbal City is situated between New Cairo’s Golden Square and Cairo’s New Capital, Bloomfields offers easy access to the American University in Cairo, Road 90’s dynamic atmosphere, as well as direct access to the New Administrative Capital’s fast train station and international airport. Moreover, Bloomfields is 45 minutes away from Al Ein El Sokhna, and can be easily accessed via the Middle Ring Road, and the Regional Ring Road. Bloomfields is designed by acclaimed Italian architects Gianluca Peluffo & partners in partnership with the Egyptian renowned architect Raef Fahmy


 This new integrated concept of mixed-use real estate development will be built over an area of 1.7 million sqm (415 acres) and consisting of 10,700 units, with a total investment of EGP 38 billion. The new project combines residential, commercial, retail and entertainment areas over 325 acres with an investment value of EGP 28 billion. Being the first of its kind in the region, Bloomfields is a college town featuring 90 acres in the center of the project designated for an educational zone featuring 4-6 international schools and Egypt’s first International Branch Campus (IBC), which will host a number of internationally acclaimed universities including New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), two schools for king’s college as well as two schools for Narmer which are Narmer American college & Narmer maadi school. The educational zone also includes GEN@Bloomfields, managed by the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN), becoming the first entrepreneurial hub in Egypt, the Middle East and North Africa. The delivery of the residential area is expected to take start by the end of 2022 and the operation of the first phase of the educational zone is expected to take place by the end of 2023
