Zein Real Estate Development launches the second session of the Zein Friday Carnival as the first real estate event dedicated to new Cairo projects

Zein Real Estate Development Company launched the second session of the "Zein Friday" carnival on Friday, March 18, to be the largest specialized real estate carnival with more than 300 diverse units within the new Cairo regions

Mostafa Fikry, head of the company's business sector, revealed that the "Zein Friday" carnival takes place 3 to 4 times a year through exclusive and real offers and discounts on the company's projects and only during the fair day

Fikry noted that the company is constantly looking to deliver excellence to its customers by offering a real estate product that is fully integrated in terms of location differentiation and subdivision and takes into account the diversity of Spaces and the best payment systems, to suit the larger target population

He added that Carnival is working on a marketing strategy that seeks to select the target customers in order to achieve maximum efficiency for both customers and the company, through the principle of mutual benefit between the company and its customers wishing to achieve the highest return on their investments

Mohamed Aboul Hawail, sales manager at the company, said that the carnival offers are characterized by a variety of prices and payment systems to match the different requirements of the customers, with contract prerequisites starting from 10 percent, facilities up to 100 months, and discounting of up to 1500 pounds per meter according to the various payment systems

He stressed that the real estate market in the various regions of New Cairo is still attracting the interest of a large segment of customers who want housing and investment, despite the size of urban development witnessed by the Egyptian real estate market and the various projects that are implemented in various parts of the Republic, which made the real estate market in New Cairo a strong outlet for customers inside and outside Egypt especially those looking for distinctive real estate
