Mazaya introduces two new projects in the New Capital


Allam: 4 billion pounds are investments in the administrative capital this year


Mazaya Development Company, has announced its launch of two projects in the new administrative capital in the Downtown area, in a wonderful atmosphere and on the sidelines of a different magical ceremony at the Dome Palace.


The announcement of the two new projects by Benefits, a real estate developer, comes less than 4 months after the launch of its first project, from which all subtracted units were sold in such a short period of time, due to customer confidence in the product offered by the company and due to the wide variety of units covering all customer needs.


Mohamed Allam, head of  Mazaya  Development Company, expressed that the company introduces The Rook project in the new administrative capital, and it is considered its first project in the new administrative capital with investments that exceed 4 billion pounds during the current year, and this project is within a package of projects that the company intends to launch during the .coming period


The decision to launch two projects in the capital was planned for more than, said Mohamed Mostafa, chairman of the board of directors of Mazaya Development Company.


He added that the two projects are in a strategic location in the administrative capital, within the framework of the company's vision of achieving a great leap in the administrative capital after the success of the company's first projects, as the company invests in these two projects an amount of approximately 2 billion pounds.


He also confirmed the company's keenness to choose its project site in order to achieve the best investment opportunity for the customer of the company. Therefore, at the press conference, the company was keen to explain to the customer the investment return achieved during the coming period through the price increase that occurred since the launch of the project to date.
