Eden for Development launches E ONE Business complex into the New Capital

Eden Real Estate Development Company launched its first project in the new administrative capital in the heart of Downtown on an area of 2500 m, based on its real estate and investment experience spanning more than 30 years inside and outside Egypt.

IDA Engineering was contracted to be a general consultant for the project in order to benefit from the experience of the office and transfer international expertise to it, It has a strong business precedent inside and outside Egypt, in addition to its presence in the Egyptian and Canadian markets.

Dr. Mohamed Abdel Rahman, director of the IDA Engineering office, said that the office seeks to implement a new idea through the E ONE Business complex project that revolves around maximizing the benefit.

The E ONE Business complex has a storage area and garage of four whole project plots that serve the project in a way that facilitates daily project use.

The project is characterized by the diversity of unit Spaces, both commercial and administrative, and medical, making it able to meet the needs of all clients with a different type of activity.
