During his first visit to Juhayna Food Industries .. Swedish Ambassador commends the state-of-the-art technologies at the dairy factory
Cairo in October 2022: Juhayna Food Industries, one of the leading Egyptian companies in the dairy industry welcomed Mr. Håkan Emsgård, Swedish Ambassador in Egypt to the company's factory – El Masreya at 6th of October. The tour covered an introduction to the factory's various divisions, summary about Juhayna's business model, as well as the packaging and processing technologies and equipment.
The visit started with a tour in the factory and the interactive room where Mr. Emsgård got to see the full life cycle of dairy production – from cow to consumer. He also got to witness the innovative and advanced processing and packaging technologies of Tetra Pak, the success partner of Juhayna for Around 40 years.
Niels Thomsen, Juhayna CEO, Passant Fouad, Corporate Communications Director welcomed Mr. Emsgård during his first visit to company. This is in addition to, Tetra Pak Egypt Area team headed by Wael Khoury, Managing Director, Peter Dsouza, Juhayna's Key Account Director, Marwa Gomaa, Africa Communications Director.
On this occasion, Swedish Ambassador Mr Håkan Emsgård, said "I was impressed by the high standards of the production that I saw during my visit. Juhayna has, in close cooperation with Tetra Pak, created a world class facility here in Egypt. I was also impressed by the contribution that these two companies make to the Egyptian Economy as well as to the local society where they are active."
