Infinity Towers for Urban Developments assigns Savills to manage its latest high-rise project in the NAC, Infinity Tower

Infinity Towers for Urban Developments, developer of the renowned Infinity Tower Project, and Savills, one of the leading property consultants globally, have signed an exclusive leasing and property management agreement for the exemplary administrative building in the New Administrative Capital, Infinity Tower. The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Assaad Salama, Managing Director of Infinity Towers for Urban Developments in addition to Catesby Langer-Paget, Head of Savills Egypt, along with other executives from both parties.
Infinity Tower, one of Egypt’s tallest skyscrapers, is set to be completed in three phases by the end of 2024 with a total investment of EGP 2.5 billion. The 200-metre-tall office building is located in the Central Business District (CBD) of the New Administrative Capital (NAC) and 300 metres away from the Iconic Tower. Infinity Tower is set to become the tallest LEED certified building in Egypt backed by years of experience in the consultancy and development of super high-rise buildings globally.
Salama Structural Engineers, the lead consultant for the project, who brings in 40 years of regional experience in Egypt, Dubai, Riyadh, Jeddah and Doha, joined forces with other partners to create Infinity Towers for Urban Developments under Dr. Salama’s management. “Spending the past twenty years in Dubai has given me quite a wide array of experience. Each product showcases creative and intricate design styles using selective construction tools. Infinity Tower will be my 131st project constructed. I am excited about this new endeavour and know that by combining all learnings of the 130 towers I worked on will ensure Infinity Tower will be a masterpiece,” expressed Dr. Salama.

Infinity Tower is a class-A administrative tower that is set to provide of 1,560 square metres of column-less office space per floor. It is being built to the highest standards with 4.5 metre slab-to-slab typical floor ceiling height, five levels of underground parking with 800 parking slots, and a total of 20 elevators.
