Cairo, Egypt- 16, May, 2023: El Gouna, one of Orascom Development’s fully integrated sustainable towns in the Red Sea, launched Fairways, its newest project. Located on the hill of the Ancient Sands Hotel featuring awe-inspiring views, this compelling neighborhood offers distinctive architectural designs for multiple family residential units ranging from studios, one and two-bedroom apartments.
