PropEzy Collaborates with Ora Developers Egypt to Digitize Facilities Management at ZED El Sheikh Zayed in Cairo
EAST-O Holdings’ PropEzy to roll out advanced proptech solutions for Ora Developers Egypt’s flagship project
Cairo, Egypt; 08 June 2023: PropEzy, a UAE-based proptech venture developed by EAST-O Holdings, part of Eltizam Group, has signed a landmark agreement with Ora Developers Egypt, one of the country’s premier real estate developers. The agreement will digitise Facilities Management operations at their flagship ZED El Sheikh Zayed project, scheduled for delivery in H2 2023.
As part of the agreement, Ora Developers Egypt will work closely with Eltizam Group and its entities to ensure the seamless integration of PropEzy into the ZED El Sheikh Zayed development. Ora Developers Egypt’s team of experts will provide comprehensive facilities management services, including maintenance, security and customer support.
The digitisation of Facilities Management operations at ZED El Sheikh Zayed with PropEzy's suite of proptech solutions is expected to bring numerous benefits to Ora Developers Egypt, including greater efficiency, streamlined workflows, improved communication, increased transparency and higher ROI.
PropEzy's Facilities Management product, which will be deployed in ZED El Sheikh Zayed, is unique due to 'ready to activate' modules for IoT sensors to track everything from air quality to foot traffic, as well as AI-powered number plate recognition to enable easy entry and exit of vehicles.
