Square Seven reveals progress in the past two years, and announces launching Square Seven International

Square Seven announced  achievements since  launch in the Egyptian in June 2021  along with  announcing future plans and company's expansions plans Globally .

Ali Abdel Ghaffar, Square Seven Managing Partner , said the strength of the investment opportunities in the Egyptian real estate market empowered  the company’s ability towards success and excellence in record time, and also promoted the company’s tendency towards the global market, through the opening of 10 new branches in USA states that has the same demographics , per capita income ,and investment demand. The opening of two new branches in Canada ( Montreal and Alberta ) to serve the other candian areas with Arab and Egyptian demand as well .

 He added that the company also succeeded in organizing the largest real estate exhibition in Canada during the past year EGYPY LIVING EXIBITION , which witnessed the participation of 10 major real estate development companies,( Mountain View , La vista , Ora developers , Soma Bay , SED , Marakez , Sabbour , cornerstone and Alforat  and  organized  a seminar alongside the exhibition, as the company aimed to introduce the  opportunities and milestones for exporting Egyptian real estate Globally, besides introducing the development that Egypt is currently witnessing and the inauguration of a generation of new cities.

He pointed that this exhibition's success encouraged many real estate companies to cooperate with Square Seven, as a result , one of the Egyptian real estate companies in Sahl Hasheash  exclusively  launched units in Canada and in a number of American states, which benefits these companies in providing hard currency and at the same time revived and positioned Egyptian real estate companies.

He added that Square Seven International was launched to become specialized in international  sales & marketing real estate projects in Canada and the United States of America, and bacame responsible for 3 international brands and portals  which are: "EGYPT LIVING ROAD SHOW", "EGYPT LIVING EXHIBITION", "EGYPT LIVING EXCLUSIVE LAUNCHES", and the company carries out advertising and marketing activities for the exhibition, inviting clients , besides introducing  real estate companies with specialized  360 degrees marketing  approach in  the Canadian and the American market.

He pointed that "Egypt living exclusive Road Show"  was organized for "Orascom Development"-Egypt, through Square Seven International, to market "Makadi Heights", "El Gouna" and  “ O west " projects in Toronto, New York, New Jersey and Los Angeles, which witnessed great  turnout and requests from foreign clients to buy in these cities, in addition to the placement  of Orascom brand on Nasdaq screen Times Square in New York City.

He noted that there is a real demand for ownership of real estate by foreigners in the Egyptian market, especially in coastal cities, and Square Seven International delivers distinguished real estate products to the foreign client who owe a real desire to buy, so it carefully selects the companies and real estate projects that it markets abroad.

Miranda Guirguis, Managing  partner of Square Seven company, showed that the company is specialized in working in 7 different sectors and services , including: residential, commercial, administrative, hospitality , medical, entertainment and industrial projects, this diversified scope  enables the company to explore and work  on  all projects segments globally.

She assured that the company's presence through its branches in the American and Canadian markets aimed to work in new markets, with  various marketing services will be provided to many real estate companies that own projects portfolio which enable them for international competition, which boosts  exporting Egyptian real estate abroad.

She pointed that the company is working for further expansions in the global market during the coming period, as well as supporting partnerships between Egyptian real estate companies and companies from outside Egypt, in order to cooperate in various forms, as the company recently succeeded in closing a revenue share  with a Kuwaiti company to be part of Zed park project in West  Cairo.

 

She added that Square Seven International succeeded in placing the games owned by the Kuwaiti partner  in  Zed park west , and 3 games were installed in the park, and they will be operated next September, with 7 other games will be running successively in the city.

 

She added that we will be also working on a huge medical product with Polyclinics management manual for Egyptian Doctors abroad, to have an income generating asset linking their specialty.
