Cairo – 25 September 2025: Reportage Egypt is participating in Cityscape Egypt 2025, which is taking place from September 24 to 27 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center.
Mr. Eslam Hammam, the company's CEO, said that Reportage Egypt is adopting the slogan "#Reportage_Changing_the_Future," seeks to offer diverse products stemming from the company's strength and ability to deliver luxury projects in the most distinguished areas.
He added that Reportage has launched a new project consisting of a plot of land in a prime location adjacent to Montenapoleone project in Mostakbal City.
The entire project, spanning approximately 29 acres, includes a 15-acre residential area called "The Spine" Residence Community, with investments totaling EGP 4bn. Reportage is showcasing the residential project at Cityscape Egypt, targeting sales of over EGP 500mn during the exhibition.
Hammam noted that the project includes a 14-acre commercial area, encompassing commercial, administrative, and medical activities. Companies will bring global brands to the commercial area.
The CEO of Reportage Egypt said, "The project is located on a plot of land adjacent to the Montenapoleone project and will be a compound with a separate gate within the Montenapoleone project, representing the final phase of this distinguished project. The project boasts a distinctive design, and we have allocated green spaces among the buildings, areas designated for children, and others for activities for the compound's residents."
For his part, Mahmoud Zayed, Head of Marketing sector at Reportage Egypt, stated that the company plans to deliver The Spine Residence Community in Q2 of 2029.
He explained that the company intends to deliver the villas in the first phase of the Montenapoleone project in December 2025, the buildings in the first phase in mid-2026, and the three phases are scheduled to be delivered by the end of 2028.
He confirmed that the company is committed to working on site, with the construction rate of the second phase of the project reaching approximately 22% and scheduled for delivery in 2027, ahead of schedule.
The company also intends to launch a new project in the Ras El Hekma area on the North Coast, covering an area of 70 acres, by the end of this year. The company is awaiting a ministerial decision to announce the official launch date for the project.
