Cairo, Egypt, 25 January 2026 – Home Group Developments has officially launched its latest residential project, La Vida Ismailia, in Ismailia city, marking the start of actual construction work. The move highlights the company’s strategy of linking project launches with serious execution and timely delivery.
Eng. Anton Gamal, Chairman and CEO of Home Group Developments, stated that La Vida Ismailia represents a natural extension of the company’s accumulated development expertise over more than 18 years in the Egyptian real estate market.
Gamal said that the company was keen to begin construction phases before the official project launch, reflecting its commitment to high-quality execution and construction readiness.
He added that the project spans 17 acres in one of Ismailia’s most prominent growth areas, in the New District near El-Galaa Buildings and Toyota Ismailia. It is the first fully serviced compound of this scale in the city, comprising 76 residential buildings with a built-up area of only 45%, while 55% is dedicated to green spaces, internal roads, and swimming pools, enhancing the overall quality of life.
Designed in a Spanish architectural style, La Vida Ismailia offers a comprehensive range of amenities, including lush landscaped areas, swimming pools, 24/7 security and surveillance, parking facilities, children’s play zones, a shopping mall, and a mosque—ensuring residents enjoy a complete and convenient living experience within a fully integrated community, Gamal noted.
He pointed out that the residential units in the project are available in a variety of spaces to suit different needs. Ground floor units range from 115 to 170 sqm, while typical upper-floor units range from 120 to 210 sqm. The project offers flexible payment plans, starting with a 25% down payment and the remaining balance spread over 36 months, with unit delivery scheduled within two years.
He disclosed that construction work has already begun, including soil testing, site preparation, materials supply, and equipment setup. The company has contracted SPT Engineering and Construction, which has extensive experience in large-scale construction projects.
The construction plan targets completion of approximately 30% of the project’s structures within the current year, reflecting the company’s seriousness and commitment to the announced timelines.
