Cairo, 20 January 2026: Nile Developments has announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement with Elsewedy Electric, under which Elsewedy Electric will execute the electrical infrastructure and smart systems for the Tycoon Tower and Tycoon Center projects in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital.
Tycoon Tower is set to become the tallest hotel in Egypt and Africa, while Tycoon Center will stand as the tallest administrative tower on the continent.
