Cairo, April 15, 2026; Kalila Conferences and Exhibitions is preparing to launch the 20th edition of the Nile Property Expo in London, United Kingdom, in a new step aimed at boosting the global export of Egypt’s real estate.
The event will take place from 27 to 28 June 2026 at the Hilton Park Lane, under the patronage of Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly.
The 20th edition of the Nile Property Expo in London will bring together more than 15 leading real estate developers operating in the Egyptian market, showcasing a diverse portfolio of projects across fourth-generation cities, new urban communities, and Egypt’s coastal destinations.
This edition reflects the company’s strategic expansion into European markets and its focus on targeting new segments of international investors.
Bassem Kalila, Chairman of Expo Republic and founder of the Nile Property Expo, said that selecting London as the launch destination for the new edition reflects a clear strategy to promote Egyptian real estate internationally by directly targeting foreign investors and Egyptians abroad, amid rising demand driven by competitive pricing and strong investment returns.
Dr. Kalila added that the company conducted extensive studies and assessed several markets across Europe and the United States before choosing London, noting strong demand from Egyptians living in the UK as well as Arab nationals interested in investing in Egyptian real estate.
He attributed this interest to Egypt’s relative stability amid regional tensions, in addition to the high returns on real estate investment, which he described as among the highest globally.
Dr. Kalila also revealed that the Nile Property Expo will sponsor major events in London, including a concert by renowned composer Omar Khairat at the Royal Albert Hall, scheduled for Saturday, 23 May 2026.
Dr. Bassem Kalila added that coordination is currently underway in cooperation with the British Egyptian Business Association (BEBA) to hold joint meetings between Egyptian and British business leaders to explore opportunities for cooperation. These meetings come at a crucial time ahead of the anticipated visit of UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer to Egypt in July.
He noted that British investments in Egypt exceeded £20.7bn as of October 2025, while bilateral trade between Egypt and the United Kingdom reached approximately £2.5bn during the period from January to November 2025.
He also said that the Nile Property Expo is one of the leading platforms connecting developers with international clients, having achieved strong sales and attracted thousands of visitors across its previous editions, thereby supporting the export of real estate as a key channel for attracting foreign currency into Egypt.
Kalila concluded that the Nile Property Expo continues to strengthen its position as a leading platform for exporting Egyptian real estate, not only by showcasing projects, but also by rebuilding trust, generating real demand, and facilitating actual transactions.
