Cairo, Egypt – 25 June 2026 – Al-Sadeem Architects & Consultants has contracted with Najma Walk Real Estate Development Company to provide general consultancy services for the Najma Walk project in New Cairo. Al-Sadeem Architects & Consultants expressed pride in the developer's trust and in its strategic partnership with a select group of leading consultancy firms to execute Najma Walk, one of the area's most distinguished integrated service projects.
The Najma Walk project is situated on a 12,500-square-meter plot with a built-up area exceeding 50,000 square meters. It comprises eight buildings that represent a smart, multi-use architectural icon. The project includes retail spaces, administrative offices, state-of-the-art medical facilities, and luxury hotel apartments, developed in collaboration with major operating entities. These partners include IWG | Regus for management, Eterna Healthcare City for the medical system, and Concorde Hotels and Resorts for hospitality.
Al-Sadeem began operations in 2004, working in the UAE and designing major projects until the global financial crisis struck in 2008.
