Brevan Development obtains a ministerial approval for Lake House project.. launching the 2nd phase with targeted sales of EGP 1 Bn

 


Cairo, June 25, 2026 – Brevan Development company, announced that it has received a ministerial approval for  "Lake House" project in Obour City, coinciding with the launch of the second phase with targeted sales with  exceeds EGP 1 billion.


Eng.Saeed Sakr, Brevan Development CEO, said that obtaining the ministerial approval represents a significant milestone in the development of the "Lake House" project,  and it reflects the company's success in fulfilling all the necessary requirements and conditions to complete the project according to a comprehensive vision that ensures the protection of clients' rights and maximizes the project's investment value.


He added that the ministerial decree comes as a continuation of a series of successful implementation steps achieved by the project since its launch, emphasizing that Brevan has committed from day one to a scheduled timeline for implementation and development, which  strengthened client's confidence and contributed to strong sales results during the first phase.



Eng. Saber Zahran, Brevan Development Board Member and Founding Partner, assured that "Lake House" project is one of the most prominent new residential projects in Obour City, due to its unique strategic location directly on the Axis Line 10, opposite District 8 villas and adjacent to New Obour City Authority, an area experiencing rapid urban and investment growth.
