Cairo, Egypt 12 July 2026 – Arkan Palm Development, the real estate arm of Badreldin Group, is preparing to begin handing over units at its ONE 33 project in Sheikh Zayed City in 2028, reflecting the project's construction progress.
Tamer Badr El Din, Chairman of Badr El Din Real Estate Development and Managing Director of Arkan Palm, said that construction is advancing on schedule at the first phase of the ONE 33 project.
He added that structural and masonry works have been completed for 38% of the units in the first phase, with façade installation and exterior finishing works scheduled to commence in September
Badr El Din noted that the group's strategy focuses on delivering projects on schedule, maintaining construction quality, and providing long-term value through professional project management and after-sales services.
He pointed out that ONE 33 builds on more than 36 years of experience by Badr El Din Group in developing residential communities across Egypt's new cities.
He noted that the project offers a variety of residential unit types and layouts to meet different customer needs, with units available in both semi-finished and fully finished homes.
Badr El Din disclosed that Arkan Palm is preparing to launch a new phase at the ONE 33 project, featuring townhouses ranging from 180 to 200 sqm and standalone villas starting from 240 sqm, with prices starting at EGP 16m.
He further explained that the company is currently offering apartments ranging from 130 to 210 sqm, with payment plans requiring a 5% down payment and installments of up to nine years. Unit delivery is scheduled four years from the contract date.
Located in the heart of Sheikh Zayed city in west Cairo, ONE 33 is situated approximately 10 minutes from Arkan Plaza, five minutes from Mall of Arabia, and two minutes from the Shooting Club. The project also incorporates energy-efficient building technologies and smart systems as part of its development concept.
According to the company, ONE 33 was designed in collaboration with specialized engineering and architectural consultants, with a master plan that emphasizes landscaped open spaces alongside residential areas. The development includes green areas, pedestrian walkways, a social club, serviced apartments, retail and entertainment facilities, as well as an underground parking garage.
In a related update, Badr El Din said Badr El Din Development has sold nearly all units at its Kayan project, with only 12 units of approximately 120 sqm still available.
He added that the company has recently delivered 780 fully finished units at the development and expects to complete the remaining handovers during the current year and next year.
The Kayan residential compound is located in West Cairo on a 100-feddan site and comprises around 1,500 residential units ranging from 60 to 195 sqm, with a total built-up area of approximately 200,000 sqm. The development includes landscaped green spaces, jogging tracks, and children's play areas.
Badr El Din concluded that the group maintains a separate financial account for each project as part of its governance framework, with the aim of safeguarding customer funds and supporting project delivery according to planned timelines.
