Cairo, July 21, 2026: Nations of Sky, the real estate arm of Egypt's Future of Egypt Authority for Sustainable Development, announced the launch of its latest coastal destination, PERLA, strategically located at kilometer 173 in the heart of Egypt's North Coast. Spanning approximately 325 feddans, the development introduces a new urban paradigm that reimagines the traditional coastal living experience through a philosophy rooted in authenticity, simplicity, and a deeper connection with nature.
