Cairo, 26 July 2026: Reaffirming its position as Egypt’s first AI-powered digital platform for career readiness and career services management, Qualiphi has announced the signing of a strategic partnership with Tick & Talk, a human capital development company and the creator of Speekr.ai, the Middle East and North Africa’s first experiential learning platform powered by AI-driven simulations for skills development and human skills assessment.
The partnership agreement was signed during a ceremony held at the Alumni Lounge of The British University in Egypt (BUE), a venue that reflects the founders’ shared connection as university alumni. The event was attended by senior executives from both companies alongside a number of BUE graduates, underscoring the growing role of the university’s alumni network in fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, collaboration among startup founders, meaningful partnerships, professional networking, and new opportunities for growth.
Under the agreement, Tick & Talk’s Speekr.ai simulation and skills assessment engine will be integrated into Qualiphi’s Career Services Management (CSM) platform, enabling career development centers to operate through a unified system that supports students throughout their entire career journey—from self-discovery to career readiness and employment—while providing instant AI-powered training and assessment.
The partnership will significantly expand access to AI-enabled career development solutions for millions of students across Egypt and the Middle East. Through Qualiphi’s digital infrastructure, universities and schools can manage the complete student career journey, while Tick & Talk’s solutions equip institutions with practical tools to develop and assess essential human skills such as communication, interviewing, and workplace readiness—transforming employment opportunities into sustainable career paths. Through this integration, career development centers will be able to identify students’ strengths and skills gaps at an early stage, assign personalized simulation exercises, monitor skills progression, and connect these insights with existing career guidance and employment tools.
The partnership also highlights the growing collaboration among Egyptian startups in delivering innovative solutions for the professional training and employment ecosystem. Both Qualiphi and Speekr.ai are graduates of the EdTech Fellowship program implemented by EdVentures in partnership with Mastercard Foundation, alongside a network of innovation hubs and digital education accelerators across Africa. The program provides specialized financial and operational support to help startups scale sustainably.
