Cairo, 12 August 2026: Cityscape Egypt Summit 2026 is set to launch on September 7 at the St. Regis Hotel in the New Administrative Capital, under the patronage of the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, in cooperation with the Administrative Capital for Urban Development Company, and in partnership with Midar Company as the main sponsor. The summit will bring together an elite group of senior government officials, real estate developers, investors, and industry leaders to discuss the future of real estate investment and urban development in Egypt.
The summit comes as Egypt continues to implement one of the largest urban development plans in the region, backed by unprecedented national projects that have redrawn the country's investment map, foremost among them the New Administrative Capital, designed to be a symbol of modernity and quality of life and a regional administrative and financial hub, in line with the goals of Egypt Vision 2030.
The New Capital spans an estimated area of around 230,000 feddans and is planned to accommodate around 8 to 9 million people, while the number of current residents has already exceeded 30,000, with daily relocation rates continuing to rise. It also houses the Government District, which includes more than 30 ministries and government bodies within an integrated digital transformation system, alongside attracting 520 real estate developers working on developing its various districts, reflecting its growing status as a leading destination for investment and sustainable urban development.
Event activities begin with the Cityscape Summit, which will see participation from more than 20 speakers and specialists among leading investment and real estate development figures from Egypt and the region, to exchange views on the sector's future and growth prospects, showcase key investment opportunities, and discuss the economic variables affecting the real estate market, alongside strengthening dialogue on public-private partnerships and providing a high-level platform bringing together investors, decision-makers, and industry leaders to shape the features of the coming phase.

The summit is set to pave the way for the launch of the 15th edition of Cityscape Egypt 2026 exhibition, held from September 30 to October 3 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center, with participation from more than 80 real estate developers showcasing over 1,000 projects, reflecting the continued momentum of Egypt's real estate sector and reinforcing the exhibition's position as one of the leading regional platforms for investment and real estate development.
