CAIRO, Egypt – 9 August 2026: Imarrae celebrated the commencement of the construction of the first phase of KIN, its flagship residential development, following the completion of the project’s master plan and the successful acquisition of all required permits and regulatory approvals. With total investments exceeding EGP 22 billion, the milestone marks the transition from planning to execution and underscores Imarrae’s commitment to delivering on its promises and executing its development roadmap according to schedule. The first phase is expcted to be delivered within three and a half years, by 2030, while the full development scheduled for completed by 2033.

Execution of KIN has been entrusted to Rabat General Contracting, Qatar's leading construction company, building on its distinguished track record of delivering landmark projects in Qatar, including the Qatar Armed Forces Headquarters, Sheikh Hamad Al Thani Compound, and Tawar Mall, as well as prominent developments in Egypt such as Nile View Mall and BlueSide on the North Coast. This partnership underscores Imarrae's commitment to delivering KIN in accordance with the highest standards of quality, operational excellence, and timely execution. Imarrae has also appointed Al Asri Consultant, one of the UAE's leading architectural consultancy firms, to develop the project's architectural design.

Geotechnical consultancy services for the project will be overseen by Active Brain, a highly regarded engineering consultancy with an extensive portfolio of major developments, including the Four Seasons Hotel Nile Plaza, Marsa Alam International Airport, and Sahl Hasheesh Compound.
