Cairo, Egypt, 22 August 2026: ROI Development company has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Idea Group marketing company, to support its marketing and development plans in the coming phase, and enhance its presence in the real estate market, coinciding with its expansion plans and launching several new projects.
The agreement was signed by Ahmed Nayef and Alaa El Rouby the founders of ROI Development, and Ahmed Sami, the founder and owner of Idea Group, as this collaboration aims to build an integrated strategy that supports growth and expansion plans and strengthens the company's market position and projects.
Due to this partnership, Idea Group will provide marketing and administrative support to ROI Development by developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies, develop and enhance the company's corporate identity and brand, and supporting its plans to launch new projects and reach its targeted client and investor.
For his part, Ahmed Nayef, the founder of ROI Development, said that the agreement comes at a crucial time for the company, as it enters a new phase of expansion and strengthens its presence in the Egyptian real estate market, noting that the company seeks to build an integrated operational framework based on selecting partners with the necessary expertise to support its vision and future plans.

Alaa El Rouby, the founder of ROI Development, emphasized that the company possesses experience exceeds 19 years in the Egyptian real estate market, along with a track record of executing and managing more than 22 diverse projects, including residential, commercial, administrative, and medical developments, noting that the next phase will witness a well planned expansion based on a strategic land portfolio and a clear vision for developing integrated projects.
He pointed that one of the company's most prominent upcoming projects is "One District, which is located in the Green Revolution area next to Al Ahly Club in Sheikh Zayed City, as this project aims to offer a model that combines modern living with investment opportunities.
