El Sheikh's joining MAGNA Developments is the culmination of a diverse career path that has taken him through IT, marketing, consulting, industrial development, business development, and asset management sectors, till reaching his current role in real estate development, as this experience provided him with comprehensive expertise in building commercial strategies, managing growth, and developing partnerships.
Akram El Sheikh, Head of Commercial Sector at MAGNA Developments, said that his move to the company represents a new phase in his career, noting that the accumulated experience across different sectors becomes even more valuable when applied within a single industry that offers genuine growth opportunities, and that is happening today in the Egyptian real estate market.
He added that the commercial sector is no longer limited to achieving sales targets, but it has become a key partner in creating the real estate product itself, understanding client needs, determining project launch mechanisms, and building a long-term relationship with the market, pointing out that from this perspective, he sees his role at MAGNA Developments as extending beyond sales management to participating in building an integrated commercial system that supports the company's direction in the coming phase.
