Cairo – 23 September 2026: Edge Holding company, announced starting the exterior finishing works on "Oia Residence" project in the New Capital, coinciding with the commissioning of essential utilities and services, besides the company also announced exceptional sales promotions for its clients during the final quarter of this year.
Dr. Mohamed Abdel Moez, Head of the Commercial Sector at Edge Holding, said that the connection of utilities and starting the exterior finishing works represent a new phase in the construction of "Oia Residence" project, noting that the company is currently working to complete the project according to the targeted schedule, in preparation for delivering the units during the last quarter of 2026.
