SUD Opens Capital Heights 1 in the Presence of ACUD Managing Director Ahmed Fahmy, Delivers 400 Units

Egypt – 7 September 2026: Dr. Eng. Ahmed Fahmy, Managing Director of the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD) company, attended SUD’s celebration marking the handover of 400 units at its Capital Heights 1 project in the New Capital. The milestone highlights the company’s progress in delivering one of its key developments and reflects the continued pace of construction and project completion across the city.

The SUD celebration was attended by a large number of customers, partners, and real estate sector leaders, including Eng. Mohamed Albostany, Chairman of Association of Real Estate Developers, and Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Ghany, Head of the Engineers Syndicate. Attendees praised the project’s high-quality construction, distinctive standards, and commitment to delivery, noting that Capital Heights 1 represents a successful residential development model that reflects the ongoing urban transformation of the New Capital.

During the event, Fahmy toured the project and inspected a number of the units handed over to customers, praising the quality of construction, finishing standards and integrated services provided within the development.

He said that the New Capital has evolved into a modern urban destination built in line with international standards, supported by advanced infrastructure and integrated communities.

He added that the ACUD continues to encourage Egyptians to live, invest and contribute to the city’s growth, supported by the comprehensive services and infrastructure being developed across the capital.

Meanwhile, Dr. Medhat Shalaby, Chairman of SUD, stated that the delivery of 400 units at Capital Heights 1 represents a significant milestone in the company’s journey and demonstrates its commitment to fulfilling its promises to customers and delivering projects to high quality standards.

Shalaby added that Dr. Eng. Ahmed Fahmy’s attendance at the celebration reflects recognition of SUD’s track record and its commitment to executing and delivering its developments as planned.

SUD has adopted a strategy centered on actual construction progress before sales from the outset, a move that has strengthened customer confidence in its projects.

He noted that adherence to delivery schedules and high construction quality have become key factors behind the company’s success and its growing position in Egypt’s real estate market.

He explained that around 25% of the project’s units remain available for sale with immediate delivery. Payment plans include zero down payment with installments of up to six years, or a 5% down payment with installments over five years. This allows customers to inspect their units on the ground before making a purchase decision, enhancing transparency and providing investors and buyers with greater confidence and security.

For his part, Dr. Mohamed Shalaby, CEO of SUD, said that Dr. Eng. Ahmed Fahmy’s attendance at the celebration reflects ACUD’s support for committed developers that adhere to the city’s development vision and deliver projects that create tangible value.

He added that the visit sends a positive message to the market and further strengthens customer confidence in developments delivered to the highest standards of quality.

Shalaby disclosed that SUD follows a differentiated business model in the real estate market, focusing on marketing and selling ready-to-move-in units. This approach allows customers to view and inspect the finished product before signing a contract and take possession of their units immediately after completing the necessary procedures, providing a more professional purchasing experience while minimizing the risks associated with waiting for delivery.

He further explained that Capital Heights 1 compound has emerged as one of the successful developments in the New Capital, driven by its prime location, high construction quality, and integrated services, which have translated into strong customer demand for the project.
