Cairo, October 21, 2026: IMKAN Misr, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Capital Group (ADCG) and IMKAN Properties Abu Dhabi, announced the launch of Orchard Villas, its latest residential neighborhood within its Alburouj destination. The new neighborhood occupies an exceptional location as the last remaining residential community offering direct views of The Orchard Park. The launch was marked by a special event organized by IMKAN Misr, attended by approximately 1,500 real estate brokers. During the event, IMKAN Misr unveiled the details of the new neighborhood and highlighted its distinctive features, alongside introducing the “Mansions” to Alburouj for the first time. The design of Orchard Villas by L35 Architects reflects careful consideration of the neighborhood’s location and its connection to the surrounding greenery. The neighborhood’s layout is designed to make the most of its park-facing location. Homes are positioned to frame views of the greenery and maximize natural light, while their north-facing orientation supports airflow. The planning also distinguishes private areas from shared spaces, balancing privacy with a connected community experience.
Seven water features, including water streams and a swimming pool, complement the green spaces and walking paths, adding to the neighborhood’s tranquil outdoor setting.
With the introduction of “Mansions”, Orchard Villas expands Alburouj’s residential offering and provides a broader choice of homes to suit different preferences and lifestyles.
