Cairo, 11 October 2026 – Urban Expansions company announced, that its project "GLOW TERRA TOWERS" in the New Capital has received "ISO 14001" certification, for its environmental management system, and "ISO 41001" certification for its facilities management system, as this achievement reflects the company's commitment to implement sustainable management and operational standards in accordance with international benchmarks.
General Ahmed Essam El Deen, CEO of URBAN EXPANSIONS, said that obtaining these certifications is part of the company's dedication to implement a comprehensive project management system that encompasses environmental and facilities management aspects, aligning with international standards, enhancing operational efficiency and the quality of services provided within the project
He added that obtaining these certifications provides clients with a more efficient framework for organizing and managing facilities and operations, while adhering to clear standards in addressing environmental considerations and the services offered within the project. Besides, the two certifications also enhance the quality of operations and the sustainability of services, which is reflected in the client and user experience and ensures more regular and effective management of the project.
He explained that GLOW TERRA TOWERS represents the company's first project in the New Capital and enjoys a strategic location within the Downtown district, on one of the main axes and entrances to the district, which places the project close to a number of the capital's most prominent landmarks and vital facilities, including Al Masa Hotel, the main conference hall, the modern Opera House, the financial and banking district, the headquarters of the Central Bank of Egypt, and the government district, which include the ministries and the Cabinet.
He noted that the project is being built on an area of approximately 8,250 square meters, with a total built up area of approximately 20,000 square meters, offering a diverse mix of activities and services, including retail units, restaurants, cafes, administrative offices, flexible areas for entrepreneurs, and investment hotel units.
