Cairo, 12 October 2026 – Wajha Developments announced a strategic partnership with MOHM, aiming to provide a comprehensive experience for MEE Hotel clients, as this collaboration aligns with the company's plan to elevate quality, comfort, and luxury within the project through the integration of design elements, furnishings, lighting, materials, and interior details.
The partnership leverages MOHM's experience in furniture, lighting, and area furnishings to complement Wajha's vision for the project and enhance the guest experience, whether in terms of accommodation or the use of the various areas and services within MEE Hotel.
Mohamed Abdel Fattah, the Founder and Managing Director of Wajha Developments, said that the partnership with MOHM represents a significant step in the company's strategy to deliver a distinctive experience for MEE Hotel guests, noting that the goal extends beyond simply furnishing the project, and extends to create a holistic experience where clients perceive the highest levels of quality, comfort, and luxury in every aspect of the project.
He pointed that Wajha Developments treats every element within the project as part of the client's final experience, explaining that furniture, lighting, materials, and interior design all work together to define the nature of the area and the level of comfort it offers, and this is what prompted the company to choose a specialized partner with the necessary expertise to achieve this integration.
He emphasized that the collaboration with MOHM aims to deliver the best possible living and hotel experience for clients by combining Wajha Development's vision for project implementation with MOHM's expertise in design, furnishing, and implementation, which will be reflected in the quality of the final product and enhance the value the project offers to clients.
He pointed that the concept of luxury at MEE Hotel is not based solely on the scale of services and facilities, but rather on the quality of the client's experience within the project, from the design of the areas to the details surrounding them during their stay and their use of the facilities and services.
He explained that MEE Hotel project is being built on a total area of approximately 24,000 square meters, and includes two basement levels dedicated to parking, a ground floor, and nine upper floors, boasting a 100-meter frontage directly on the Middle Ring Road and a 500-meter panoramic view, in addition to including open areas, activity, and landscaping.
The project includes a variety of hotel units with areas ranging from 32.5 square meters to 78.5 square meters, including "Mee Glow", "Mee Shell", "Mee Lodge", and "Bloom Suite", all of which are fully finished, furnished, and equipped with electrical appliances and air conditioning.
The project also offers a comprehensive suite of services and amenities, including Gold’s Gym, three infinity pools, a clubhouse, a rooftop restaurant, a business lounge, jogging and cycling tracks, kids area, a meditation and relaxation garden, and a retail area, in addition to concierge and housekeeping services and parking.
Cooperation between Wajha Developments and MOHM reflects a commitment to deliver a fully integrated hotel product, where design quality is seamlessly integrated with furnishings, lighting, services, and interior details, which aims to provide an experience focused on quality, comfort, and luxury, adding real value to MEE Hotel guest experience.
Sherif Abdelhady, CEO of MOHM, said that the collaboration with Wajha Developments aims to deliver value that transcends the traditional role of furniture and furnishing companies by participating in shaping the final experience that guests will enjoy at MEE Hotel.
He pointed that MOHM's role includes providing its experience in furniture, lighting, furnishings, and accessories in a manner that aligns with the project's identity and hotel nature, noting that these elements do not operate in isolation but rather constitute an essential part of quality of the experience and the level of comfort and luxury felt by the client.
He clarified that the success of any hotel project depends not only on the architectural design or the level of finishing but also on the ability of all elements to work together to provide a cohesive experience for the client, noting that the collaboration with "Wajha Developments" aims to achieve this integration within "MEE Hotel".
He added that MOHM's expertise in furniture, lighting, and furnishing allows the company to offer solutions that suit the nature of different areas, achieving a balance between aesthetics and functionality, and contributing to reaching the targeted level of quality for the project.
