Cairo, Egypt – 29 October 2026: XESTATE has begun handing over units at its XPlaza project in Yasmeen 4, First Settlement, New Cairo, marking the project’s transition from construction to actual operations.
Owners of clinics, administrative offices, retail outlets and other businesses are beginning operations at the development ahead of its official opening, scheduled for soon.
XESTATE specialises in commercial real estate development in New Cairo, focusing on mixed-use projects that combine retail, administrative and medical activities in high-demand locations across the First and Fifth Settlements.
The company’s management and operations team oversees its projects after the handover, helping maintain their quality and commercial performance over the long term.
XPlaza builds on the company’s successful experience with XMall, which is currently operating in the El-Banafseg 10 area of First Settlement, near Royal British International School and adjacent to El-Sadat and Mohamed Naguib axes.
The mall hosts several well-known brands, including Second Cup, Uncle Sameer, Dice, and Avanti, and also houses the company’s headquarters.
XPlaza: An Integrated Retail, Administrative and Medical Destination
XPlaza is located in the Yasmeen 4 area of First Settlement, near El-Sadat Axis. The project comprises six levels: a second basement dedicated to parking, a first basement featuring retail units and a hypermarket, ground and first floors allocated to retail outlets, and second and third floors designated for medical clinics and administrative offices.
The project features elevators and escalators connecting all floors, an integrated security system that includes 24/7 surveillance cameras, fire-suppression systems and backup generators, as well as a dedicated parking system, water tanks and regular maintenance programmes.
It is also located near Nile International School, Manchester International School and Petro Sport Club, with easy access to North 90th Street and Mostafa Kamel Axis.
