Head of the Just Development: State measures that regulate the market and preserve real estate

He praised the measures taken by the Egyptian government in the recent period to regulate the real estate market and encourage serious companies, which helps protect the rights of citizens and preserve the real estate wealth,said Eng. Osama gomaa, head of the board of directors of Just Development.

Gomaa stressed the need to ensure the seriousness of companies working in the real estate market, especially in light of the real estate revolution in Egypt in the recent period, which is supported by major projects adopted by the state, headed by the new administrative capital, which is the largest urban project in the modern era.

He explained that the State is able to manage real estate in a way that does not conflict with the interests of investors and guarantees the rights of clients, especially at a time when the State is attracting more investment in the real estate sector and attracting major Arab companies to transmit successful experiences to the Egyptian market.

Gomaa called on the companies to commit to seriousness, protect the rights of customers and take into account the terms of the contract to enhance the customer’s confidence in Egyptian development companies It also contributes to the export of the property to customers outside Egypt.

Just Development is developing a commercial project in the New Administrative Capital, Down Town, with investments of 500 million pounds.

Osama gomaa, head of Just Development, added that the "Legacy" project is located in Downtown, an area of 3,000 meters, and includes a floor and 10 floors with commercial, medical and administrative activities, the project is located on one of the largest fields of Downtown in front of the government neighborhood, the Egypt Mosque and the Monorail.

Gomaa added that the area of the floors in "Legacy" is estimated at about 900 meters, and includes the ground and first floors commercial activities, the second and third floors administrative, and from the fourth to the sixth medical floors, and the rest of the administrative roles, pointing out that the commercial Spaces range from 20 meters to 109 meters, and the administrative from 24 meters to 67 meters, adding that the administrative and medical units receive full finishing with the adaptions, and the project also took into account the modern requirements, smart systems and modern building technology.
